After Hours Doctors

If you require medical assistance outside of our normal surgery hours, please phone the National Home Doctor Service on 13 7425 (13 SICK). Please note that this service is for patients that need medical care outside of our operating hours and not routine appointments.

In case of a medical emergency, please call 000 immediately. Conditions such as chest pains or shortage of breath constitute as an emergency situation and should be attended to straight away.

The team at Forest Lake Family Practice appreciate that some of our patients need medical attention when our medical clinic is closed. It can be difficult to get help and advice late at night or on a public holiday, but if you genuinely can’t wait till our surgery is open, other options are available.
