APPOINTMENT INFORMATION
Appointments can be made through our receptionists, either by telephone or in person during surgery hours. All standard medical care consultations by appointment are in 10-15 minute intervals.
If you require a longer appointment, please notify the receptionist. These may include patients with complex or long-term conditions, procedures, medicals and WorkCover, or if you are a new patient. Please ask our receptionist at the time of booking if a longer appointment is required.
If you cannot attend your appointment, please inform us as soon as possible. This allows us to offer it to another patient in need.

Privacy and Confidentiality
Your medical record is a confidential document. It is the policy of this practice to maintain security of personal health information at all times and to ensure that this information is only available to authorized members of staff.
Accessing your Doctor
Most issues are best dealt with in a consultation. A doctor will always be available during normal surgery hours to provide emergency advice over the phone. Our staff will help you decide whether an issue requires an appointment, a return phone call by the doctor or staff or an immediate personal discussion with your doctor.
Referrals
Patients must make an appointment to see their regular doctor for referrals.
Scripts
These are available on a limited basis for some medications to known patients at the discretion of the doctor. At least 24hours notice is required. If you are requesting a repeat script and have not attended the practice in the last 2 weeks, in accordance with our health care policies you will be required to make an appointment.
Medical Certificates
Medical certificates are available for employment, school, child care and /or other requirements. Please request a medical certificate from your doctor at the time of consultation.
Recalls and reminders
We are committed to appropriate management and preventative care of medical conditions. We may send you a recall reminder from time to time offering you follow-up or preventative health care. If you do not wish to be part of this service please inform your doctor or the practice manager.
